A New Yorker through-and-through, Zachary (he/him) was born in Rochester and now resides in Cortland County. He has spent his career working in educational positions at cultural heritage sites and organizations in the Empire State, including the Genesee Country Village Museum, Seward House Museum, and William G. Pomeroy Foundation. In these roles, Zachary has focused his efforts on developing collaborative, community-focused initiatives that make history accessible and engaging.

Lee Patrick (he/him) is an exhibition developer and project manager originating from that tiny hamlet known as Brooklyn, NY. After earning an Anthropology degree from Binghamton University, he returned home and spent 14 years as part of an emerging media team at the American Museum of Natural History, creating content for dozens of permanent and internationally traveling exhibitions. Subsequently, he continued his passion for promoting science, nature, and cultural programs as an interpretive planner for the Bronx Zoo and NY Aquarium, and has managed projects for multiple design agencies on history and visitor centers.
In 2020, he completed a master’s in urban ecology from Miami University of Ohio and continues to volunteer as a citizen scientist on the Coney Island Creek. At home, Lee spends time playing Ultimate frisbee, strumming guitar in a rock band, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and cat.

Outreach and Security Consultant
During her time at the shelter, Princess Piper provided key support to facilitate her shelter-mates’ successful adoptions, mostly involving tug-of-war and fetch demonstrations with them in the play yard. After several months of helping her friends find their forever homes, Princess Piper was adopted in May of 2024.
Since then, she has used those skills acquired at the shelter to develop her own consulting business. Currently, she helps the Museum Outreach Director for the New York State Study of Public and Private Museums in his efforts to connect with museums and support them as they complete the Survey. Additionally, she serves as security consultant for the project.
When not consulting, you can find Princess Piper exploring Central New York’s many beautiful hiking spots, staring longingly out the window and plotting her adventures with her best friend, snake toy, or taste-testing her people’s dinners.
